SHIPPING & PROCESSING

-Processing time is 1-2 business days

-Shipping time will take 2-4 business days

      -Business days consist of Monday-Friday, with the business hours between 10:00am-7:00pm

-As soon as your order is processed you will receive your tracking number, Please make sure you double check your address to prevent any delays

-Most packages are shipped using USPS

-All shipping is free, but for quicker processing/shipping will be subject to a fee

-For approved refunds, we will handle costs to return the packages to us

-For exchanges, customer will be subject to pay for the shipping label to return to us

 REFUND POLICY:

Exciting News! We now accept returns and exchanges. You have 10 business days, starting from the date that the delivery notification says that the package was received, to start the process on your return or exchange. Once your return is approved there will be a return label sent to you and the expense of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your bank and/or payment method, it will take an estimated of 3-5 business days for you to receive your refund. Please include your order number and images of what you received. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on clearance items.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out immediately with your order number and the size that you need. Please read descriptions of all items to make sure you choose the correct size.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
